Supplemental Figure 1. NR4A family members play redundant roles in the control of macrophage gene expression. Thioglycolate-elicited peritoneal macrophages were isolated from C57BL/6 control or Nur77-/- mice and stimulated with 100 ng/ml LPS for the indicated times. Gene expression was determined by realtime PCR.
